9.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Terms
14 days nett from invoice date.
Service
Normally orders leave the office on the day of receipt. Naturally,
orders going out by courier would have to be placed one hour before
the courier leaves at approximately 10am or 2pm.
Freight
Orders over $300 will be freight free.
Orders under $300 will be charged:
$8.80 Sydney Metro
$11.00 Sydney Fringe (Newcastle, Wollongong & Blue Mountains)
$16.50 NSW Country & Interstate
$22.00 Tasmania & Western Australia
Out Of Stock Items
Our aim is to fulfil orders on the day they are received. We prefer
not to back order as this usually increases your freight charges and
it is best to include the out of stock item with your next order.
Stock Returns
Due to Commonwealth and State legislation we cannot accept
any items for return for the purpose of gaining a refund or credit.
Please ensure that you are ordering your needs.
Price Changes
Prices are subject to change without notice due to the fluctuating
cost of dried herbs.
Overdue Accounts
We cannot extend credit beyond 14 days. Please understand that we cannot process orders if accounts are overdue.
Payments
NEW CUSTOMERS are required to pay fully in advance for their first order. We accept payment by cheque, Bankcard, Mastercard,
Visa, American Express, Diners Club or Direct Deposit. Please ask about opening an account.
ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS are required to make payment within 14 days of invoice date. Cheques, Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club and Direct Deposits are accepted.
Please Note: You are required to supply us with a copy of your certificate under Schedule 1 of T.G.A. Regulations. |
