Ordering terms and conditions
Our services
While we endeavour to have all orders leave the day they are received, we cannot guarantee delivery dates, as they are dependent on couriers and vary according to location.
- For morning dispatch (Sydney Metro and Fringe), orders need to be placed before 9.30am.
- We aim to dispatch all other orders received before 1.30pm the same day.
Freight
Online orders over $225 ex. GST are freight free.
Orders via phone and email over $275 ex. GST are freight free.
Any orders under the freight free order minimums incur a flat fee of $16 ex GST for all areas.
Out of stock items
Our aim is to fulfil orders on the day they are received. We prefer not to back order, it’s best to include the out-of-stock item with your next order.
On each product page on our website, there are suggestions for alternative herbs, as we’re unable to notify a customer automatically when a product is back in stock, at this stage.
Online order changes
Unfortunately, no changes to your order online can be made after checking out from the website.
However please email sales@herbalextracts.com.au or call Customer Service on 1300 443 727 with your order number and we will do our best to make the change to your order.
Stock returns
Being a TGA licensed manufacturing facility Commonwealth and State legislation does not allow us to accept any returns. Please ensure that you are ordering according to your needs.
Payment information
Price changes
Prices are subject to change without notice due to the fluctuating cost of dried herbs.
Terms
14 days from invoice date.
Overdue accounts
We cannot extend credit beyond the terms of your account. Please understand that we will not process orders if accounts are overdue.
Payments
Account customers are required to make payment within account terms. All new customers are required to pay for their first order in advance.
We accept payment by Direct Deposit, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal or cheque. Our credit card surcharge fees through Customer Service are: Visa and Mastercard 0.5% and American Express 1.75%.
We don’t charge any credit card surcharge fees when paying online or making online account payments.

We don’t store any customer credit card details however, you can save your credit card details, using your browser if you wish for your next purchase.

We supply directly to qualified healthcare practitioners. Scroll to bottom of the page to complete our online application, download our form using the link below, or email us for more details.
Students
Student accounts are for those undertaking formal training in an approved complementary medicines course and are only eligible on completion of our Student Statutory Declaration (see below). Once qualified, students may be eligible for a practitioner account.
Attach your current profession association certificate or confirmation of enrolment/clinical practicum letter and statutory declaration.
